I had Christmas meal today the food was absolutely amazing the roast was so nice and puddings were so tasty was such a wonderful Christmas experience . The table decorations looked amazing will definitely be eating in here again.
The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, especially when I had lots of questions regarding a voucher. Room was nice and fairly spacious. However, no swimming pool, hot tub was fully booked and restaurant was closed when we went!
We had a fantastic stay for one night in Broadstairs. The location was excellent, close to the sea but quiet and tucked away. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities required. The Internet was very fast and there were no issues connecting. The breakfast was plentiful and we'll cooked, a mixture of buffet and cooked to order items.
I found the Yarrow Hotel on booking.com, I subsequently booked after reading the excellent reviews. We arrived after a day at Canterbury Xmas market (excellent) and were absolutely delighted with; the parking, lovely reception staff, really spacious room and breakfast. The staff were all really helpful and engaging, the hotel is immaculately clean, and perfectly decorated. We plan to return
Amazing spa experience at Yarrow Hotel! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the massage was unreal — easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfect pressure, super relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and happy. Highly recommend booking a massage here!
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good quality and a large selection covering most people's needs. Lift only to the first floor. Room was clean and tidy tea, cofee and soap changed daily. Only a ten minute walk to beach and town all down hill yes that means it's all up hill after a great day out. I would be more than happy to stay again.
We are local to Broadstairs and had a wonderful surprise birthday party at the hotel restaurant. Alexis, the Ops Manager was very helpful making arrangements for the dinner party and on the day Chris and his team were wonderful, the food was delicious, the staff were attentive - a great time had by all - and most of all the birthday boy! Thank you!
Quality breakfast buffet serving a full English and continental spread. There's also cooked to order items like breakfast sandwiches, eggs benedict and pancakes. Would definitely come back!
